Berlin, 06.01.2021 (PresseBox) – Launch of new website and new corporate design for one of the most innovative German developers and manufacturers of electric drive systems
MOTEG develops and produces electric motors and auxiliary units for mobile applications that are many times smaller, lighter, quieter and more powerful than those currently available on the market. MOTEG’s development time is also generally 3 times faster than that of other suppliers.
This technological advantage now also reflects in its entire communication. Starting with the new company logo and the claim „Electric Drive Engineering“ through to the complete redesign of the branding and pictorial style and the recently launched company website at www.moteg.de.
„Our customers come from the automotive sector, currently mainly commercial vehicles, and from the aviation sector. SMACK Communications supported us with our positioning and then translated this very well into a differentiating branding,“ says Dr. Siegfried Götz, company founder and managing director of MOTEG.
MOTEG is one of the few e-motor manufacturers that are also certified for aviation. The company has ambitious growth targets, particularly in the automotive sector, in Europe, the US, Australia and Asia.
„It was important to us that the lead in technology was also given a lead in marketing, through a strong, distinctive design and clear messages that work internationally”, explains Martin Bruss, Managing Director Creation, the new brand identity.
The launch of the new website marks an important milestone for the company’s next development steps and the further expansion of its product portfolio. „E-mobility is a global megatrend and growth market, MOTEG is an innovative and agile player here with high development potential. The objective is to draw the attention of customers and, of course, investors to the company“, says Regula Bathelt, Managing Director of SMACK Communications GmbH.
MOTEG develops and produces the next generation of intelligent drive systems for the efficient electrification of commercial vehicles and machines, passenger cars and aircraft. The company was founded in 2014 by the experienced automotive manager and engineer Dr. Siegfried Götz. It is one of the five German companies selected from among 20,000 applicants for funding by the EU Green Deal Initiative. Since 2019, Hirschvogel Venture Group has been a shareholder of the company. Core markets focus on Europe, North America, Australia and Asia. Customers include Jenoptik, ZF, Faun Umwelttechnik, Bluebus and Eurabus. The company is headquartered in Flensburg, Germany, and operates a field office in Nanjing, China.
