Therefore, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for recruiting processes are increasingly in demand. At the Munich-based IT service and consulting companies projekt0708 and Textkernel, specialists in the area of AI in recruiting and human resources (HR), have worked together to launch a new solution – Textkernel Search and Match – to address the issue. The solution, available on SAP® App Center, integrates with SAP® SuccessFactors® Recruiting and is designed as a faster and better way for HR managers to select suitable candidates.
With its integration with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, the tool enables job and candidate profiles to be quickly and accurately paired. Even before a position has been advertised, recruiters can search internal databases or talent pools for suitable candidates. Ideally, this can render an external search unnecessary. Should the position still need to be advertised, Textkernel Search and Match considerably speeds up the selection process when compared to manual procedures.
The software algorithm not only evaluates the data provided in the CV nominally, but also in terms of their forms, such as professional and project experience. Finally, recruiters are shown a ranking of suitable applicants. If candidates apply whose profile is very interesting for the company in question despite not exactly meeting the specified requirements for the position, Textkernel Search and Match can also be used to search for other suitable positions for them within the company.
Since good applicants often drop out prior to the end of a lengthy selection process, the aim is to get in touch with promising candidates quickly and purposefully.
Textkernel Search and Match is based on software developed by Textkernel. projekt0708 was responsible for data harmonisation and integration with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
