Frankfurt, 29.05.2019 (PresseBox) – The award stands for professionalism in personnel consulting. It offers both clients and applicants good orientation when choosing a service provider.

The FOCUS-Business award is based on a study conducted jointly with Statista experts. The Statista statistics portal asked HR managers from companies and HR service providers about their favourites. On the basis of a longlist with 1000 personnel service providers, a maximum of ten entries per category were possible. The quality and selection of candidate profiles, service quality, price-performance ratio and speed of placement were evaluated. In addition to HR experts, job seekers who did have contact with HR service providers in the past three years could also name their favourites – ten in each category. The quality and selection of the offered positions, communication during and after the placement and the service quality during the application process were assessed. Only those who were convincing in all categories and received a minimum number of good or very good evaluations as well as a minimum percentage of recommendations were included in the circle of ‚Top Personnel Service Providers 2019‘.
The numerous awards reflect the professional standard and competence of Hager Unternehmensberatung. For the more than 100 employees it is a constant goal to meet these demands.
